Leslie brings more than 10 years of experience in interactive marketing to Affect Strategies. Her two great passions are storytelling and the Web, and she has spent her career exploring where they meet. Leslie is an early adopter to the core but still greets every new client engagement with the enthusiasm and curiosity of a newbie.
Prior to joining Affect, Leslie worked as a freelance interactive producer, creating online games for Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon brands. She also served as content manager at Bolt, one of the Internet's first online communities, where she developed editorial content, featured member contributions, and created custom promotions for large advertisers like Sony, Virgin, and P&G.
Leslie has also served as marketing and sponsorships associate at The Public Theater/New York Shakespeare Festival, where she oversaw all of the promotional efforts for the theater's regular season, live music venue Joe's Pub, and Shakespeare in Central Park. She began her career in the marketing department of 24/7 Media, now 24/7 Real Media, a member of WPP Group.
A proud Louisiana native, Leslie is an honors graduate of Loyola University New Orleans with a B.A. in Literature and Philosophy. She also holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from The New School.
