Affect Strategies Drives Radware's Marketing Efforts Through a Campaign of Compelling Case Studies

Radware leverages Affect Strategies for its comprehension of Radware's complex technologies to develop dynamic and effective case studies

NEW YORK -- October 24, 2005 -- Affect Strategies, a public relations and strategic marketing firm, announced today that it has been contracted to draft a series of case studies for Radware, a leading provider of integrated application delivery solutions. Radware has engaged Affect for its marketing and sales efforts in the past with a series of case studies for vertical markets such as higher education and region-specific markets such as China and the United States.

Affect previously provided public relations counsel and support to Advanstar Technology Group, a division of Advanstar Communications, Inc. In April 2005, Questex purchased Advanstar Technology Group, as well as several other business units from Advanstar. Under the new agreement, Affect will continue to design and execute the public relations campaigns for Questex's technology-specific expos and conferences, which includes managing all media and analyst relations before, during and after the events.

Affect has been signed to compose five more case studies for Radware. Many of these case studies focus on Radware's application-smart products suite. Radware's product family provides a complete set of application front-end, remote access and security capabilities for application-smart networking to ensure faster, more reliable and secure business transactions.

Radware selected Affect Strategies because of its extensive experience in telecommunications and network infrastructure. The Affect team has a high technical comprehension coupled with an ability to articulate the business benefits of Radware's technologies. These case studies are written in a results-oriented fashion, and showcase clients leveraging Radware products to save money, drive productivity and increase profitability. Ultimately, the studies offer insight into Radware's value proposition and performance.

"Affect Strategies has a firm comprehension of Radware's technologies that enables them to write case studies that thoroughly explain the intricacies of our products," said Jon Rabinowitz, senior marketing communications manager for Radware. "Affect has compiled many case studies for Radware, and they are very familiar with our application delivery product line. The goal of Affect's strategically written case studies are to promote our marketing and sales goals, and to achieve measurable results that we can gauge. It's these results that keep us returning to Affect."

These case studies developed by Affect, show how Radware's technology met the unique requirements for the following diverse set of current and past companies:

  • CEZnet - The telecommunication service provider for a leading European energy company, CEZ Group, in Czechoslovakia. Radware's LinkProof deployed in the network to ensure high availability, redundancy, load balancing, intrusion prevention and Denial of Service (DoS) protection for Internet service applications.
  • Unicomm - A large supermarket chain headquartered in Vicenza, Italy. As a multi-channel retail sales organization that operates within the parameters of Italy's "Grande Distribuzione Organizzata" (GDO), it owns and operates over one hundred supermarkets and convenience stores across the nation. Using Radware's LinkProof, Unicomm upgraded their existing dedicated line solution to accommodate their ever-growing store base, at minimal cost and downtime.
  • Corning - A diversified technology company with expertise in engineering and manufacturing products for the telecommunications, computer, semiconductor, environmental and life sciences industries. With Web Server Director, FireProof and LinkProof all integrated and running seamlessly on Corning's upgraded global network.
  • WMO (World Meteorological Organization) An intergovernmental organization with a membership of 187 Member States and Territories. WMO is the specialized agency of the United Nations for meteorology (weather and climate), operational hydrology and related geophysical sciences.
  • The Baloise Group - Headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, with operations in Continental Europe, the Baloise Group is a solutions provider in the fields of insurance and provision for the future. The Group's strategic focus is on sustainable, income-oriented growth.

In the higher education market, Affect composed case studies on Concordia University, Keimyung University and The Education Bureau of Yi-Lan County.
