Sandra Fathi to chair the T3 PR Conference and the PRSA-NY's New Media and Technology Committee
NEW YORK -- April 17, 2007 -- Affect Strategies, a public relations and strategic marketing firm, announced today that the PRSA's Technology Section has selected Affect Strategies President, Sandra Fathi, to chair the T3 PR Conference. The conference, grounded in theory, tactics and technology, is designed for public relations professionals serving high-tech companies. Sandra will also chair PRSA-NY's New Media and Technology Committee.
The T3 PR Conference hosted by PRSA's Technology Section, in cooperation with PRSA-NY, is designed to provide practitioners with education and tools for conducting successful high-tech public relations. This year's T3 PR Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 19th, 2007 at Reuters Conference Center at Three Times Square in New York City. As Chair of the T3 PR Conference, Sandra will secure key speakers, determine discussion topics and sessions that provide a powerful blend of theory, tactics and technology for the attendees. In addition, she will work closely with the executive team at PRSA's Technology Section on the conference logistics.
The New Media and Technology Committee is tasked with ensuring that PRSA-NY's various professional development programs, including conferences, teleseminars or speaking events, both utilize and present the latest media and technology as it relates to the public relations industry. The committee is charged with increasing awareness of and educating chapter members on the most advanced technologies and tools associated with public relations and media strategies.
